An established and expanding manufacturing company is seeking an experienced sales director to lead its sales force, optimize business processes, and support the development of opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
What We Expect From You
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead all sales activities for B2B and B2C markets.
- Supervise a team comprised of managers, external and internal representatives, and the after-sales service department.
- Support, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Mobilize the team around clear objectives and a structured tactical plan.
Strategy & Development
- Define, communicate, and monitor revenue targets and performance indicators.
- Actively participate in strategic meetings with management.
- Contribute to the development and launch of new products.
- Structuring the sales function and optimizing its overall performance.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Develop and maintain a network of key contacts in the industry.
- Meet with clients and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Contribute to the growth of a company serving contractors, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction sector.
Sales Operations
- Implement a sales CRM and ensure its adoption.
- Analyze the sales force’s organizational structure and recommend adjustments.
- Produce reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and support special events.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 8 years in team management.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the construction, specialty products, doors/windows, or cabinetry sectors.
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in B2B and B2C.
- Functional bilingualism (preferred level: 7/10).
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to develop lasting relationships and represent the company to key clients.
- Results-oriented, rigorous, and organized.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and work effectively in a changing environment.
