Project Leader, MRO

Velan, a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial valves, is looking for a Project Leader to support a high-volume portfolio of projects for major clients in critical industries such as energy, petrochemical, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate across internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to keep projects moving.
• Manage a high volume of projects/orders simultaneously with tight follow-up.
• Keep clients informed with clear, timely updates.
• Identify risks early, address issues, and keep projects on track.
• Lead internal check-ins to ensure alignment and execution.
• Escalate issues when needed to maintain delivery commitments.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or relevant experience in operations, business, or customer management.
• 3–5 years in a coordination, client service, or account-focused role (manufacturing or industrial preferred).
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Organized, proactive, and solution driven.
