Your responsibilities

• Manage and develop water treatment product lines (standard and specialized solutions)
• Ensure product quality, performance, and standardization
• Maintain and document technical, operational, and maintenance standards
• Act as the product expert for performance, operating limits, and configurations
• Oversee quality control in the workshop and on job sites
• Analyze discrepancies, non-conformities, and field feedback, and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability optimization
• Support the sales team by providing technical guidance and pricing recommendations

Profile sought

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Water Engineering, or related field)
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or complex systems fabrication environment
• Experience in product management, technical standardization, or industrial solution development
• Solid understanding of production challenges, costs, performance, and repeatability
• Proficiency in both French and English for technical communications
