In a context of full production capacity and ongoing transformation, our client is seeking to strengthen its planning function in order to support its operations and growth ambitions.
As Head of Production Planning, you will play a key role in aligning customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.
You will be involved in both operational oversight and the continuous improvement of planning practices, with a direct impact on the organization’s overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (planning, customer service, shipping);
- Assess the company’s ability to meet customer requirements over the medium and long term;
- Support structured and proactive communication with clients;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators related to planning;
- Ensure coordination between production, customer service, and other key functions;
- Contribute to the evolution of tools and practices through the ERP system.
Desired Profile
- University degree in operations management or business administration, or equivalent;
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment;
- Strong command of ERP systems and operational data;
- Solid understanding of capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management;
- Structured, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
