Warehouse Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Implement annual operational plans in line with strategic objectives
• Manage budgets and ensure financial monitoring of operations
• Supervise a team of supervisors and mobilize nearly 80 employees
• Ensure inventory management, receiving, warehousing, and delivery deadlines are met
• Maintain fluid communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement projects
• Implement changes to processes and strategy, particularly using a LEAN approach and project management (PMP)
• Create a positive work environment, mobilize teams, and act as a driver of change
• Take on the challenge of implementing improvements with an experienced team that is sometimes resistant to change
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Oversee the maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment

Required Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in distribution
• Experience in a unionized environment (an asset)
• Motivational leadership and ability to manage change
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) (an asset)
• LEAN or PMP certification (an asset)
• Bilingualism in French/English required to interact with customers across Canada
