Job Description

Our client offers you the opportunity to take responsibility for product lines within a manufacturing company in the healthcare sector. You will launch and manage your product lines. To achieve your development objectives, you will become the preferred contact for decision-makers, prescribers and users in different departments. Close to the field, attentive to the requirements and issues of your customers, you will be able to provide them with advice and appropriate technical responses (monitoring, training, complementary products, etc.). Your main objective is to contribute to the development of turnover for the allocated territory, in accordance with the annual objectives set.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Increase turnover in your territory;
  • Main contact for healthcare establishments;
  • Organize regular visits and after-sales follow-ups;
  • Establish relationships of trust with senior managers;
  • Identify and meet the expectations of opinion leaders;
  • Prepare and respond to calls for tenders;
  • Active prospecting for new customers;
  • CRM update and sales tracking;
  • Weekly and monthly sales reports;
  • Participation in events and conferences;
  • Competitive intelligence and feedback to management;
  • Occasional support for online sales;
  • Participation in projects outside the territory.

Desired Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales;
  • Skills in prospecting, negotiation and closing sales;
  • Results-oriented, positive, persuasive and dynamic;
  • Understanding of customer needs and offering solutions;
  • Autonomous, proactive and resourceful;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Ability to travel regularly (3 days/week).

Assets:

  • Training experience.
  • Skills in dynamic pivot tables and analysis reports.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary + bonuses and commissions;
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
  • Immediate hiring, permanent position, full time;
  • 3-month probationary period;
  • Group insurance and benefits (50% covered by the employer);
  • Cell phone and computer provided;
  • 3 weeks of vacation;
  • Monthly car allowance;
  • Health credit of $300/year.

Conditions:

  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license in Quebec
