The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with our growth objectives.
- Talent Network Building: Implement innovative tactics to create a solid base of high-performing candidates.
- Quality Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote an inclusive culture through equitable hiring strategies.
- Data Optimization: Track performance through key indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Employer Brand Outreach: Work with different departments to consolidate our positioning as an attractive employer.
- Internal Partnerships: Advise and collaborate with management to understand staffing needs.
- Continuous Innovation: Integrate best practices and industry trends into processes.
Your Profile
- BAC in Human Resources, Management or relevant field.
- Significant experience in strategic recruitment management, ideally in a growing context.
- Ability to identify and select high-level talent.
- Leadership and ability to achieve ambitious goals.
- Mastery of modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
