Senior Planning Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Inventory Management, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of planning and inventory management processes, as well as in the optimization of the ERP system.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze the plant’s planning, inventory and supply chain based on ERP reports;
  • Lead improvement projects to standardize and control MRP parameters;
  • Collaborate in the development of KPIs to measure progress;
  • Participate in the implementation of an advanced planning system;
  • Map and improve processes;
  • Represent the planning function in cross-functional projects;
  • Contribute to the implementation of a master production program;
  • Conduct analyses for plant management (budget, forecasts, costs, etc.);
  • Work as a team to improve the overall performance of the department and the company.

If the following describes you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in production planning and inventory control in the manufacturing sector;
  • Experience with ERP systems;
  • Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office;
  • Be eligible for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP);
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both written and oral.
