Our client, a well-established and respected distributor in its market, is experiencing sustained growth and has recently promoted several members of its team. In this context, we are looking for an experienced sales representative to take charge of a portfolio of major accounts and provide a high level of service.

Your Role:

Working with the sales director and branch manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with strategic customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing major customers with rigor and professionalism, anticipating their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Proactively monitoring ongoing projects, bids, and negotiations.
• Working closely with manufacturers and internal partners to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Analyzing account performance and identifying opportunities for optimization or targeted growth.

Required Profile:

• Training in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with industrial or commercial customers.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical products.
• Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex relationships.
• Bilingualism (French/English) and proficiency in computer tools (Excel, CRM).
