Our client, Velan, is looking for you in Granby as a CNC Machinist (Manufacturing) on the evening shift!

You will work with state-of-the-art equipment on unique and complex products, in an environment where your expertise is valued.

Your daily routine as a CNC Machinist (Manufacturing):

• Perform all types of setup on CNC machines;
• Read and interpret technical drawings;
• Adjust CNC machines and collaborate with the programmer to modify programs as needed;
• Select measuring instruments and adjust tools and machining parameters according to materials and job specifications.

If the following describes you:

• A vocational diploma (DVS) in machining;
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a CNC machining center;
• Good command of CNC programming language;
• Excellent knowledge of metrology;
• Autonomy, precision, and a good sense of technical analysis;
• Eligible for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
