Business Partner - Talent and Culture (Manufacturing)

We are seeking a Business Partner – Talent and Culture (Manufacturing) passionate about strategic recruitment and HR projects.

Your Role

70% Strategic recruitment and headhunting

• End-to-end recruitment mandates for key positions.
• Advanced sourcing and direct approach via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Advising managers on market trends and attraction strategies.

30% HR projects and continuous improvement

• Optimization of HR and HRIS (ATS) tools.
• Training managers on staffing and onboarding.
• Initiatives related to candidate and employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including headhunting.
• Knowledge of HRIS/ATS.
• Bilingualism (French/English).
• Leadership, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented approach.
