Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality? Join our client’s team as an NDT inspector (evening shift) at their Granby plant!
You will play a crucial role in inspecting raw, semi-finished and finished materials, as well as complete parts and products, to ensure their compliance with the organization’s specifications.

Your role:
- Inspect and verify the compliance of materials with drawings, workshop orders and company specifications;
- Report defects and deviations to the supervisor for a decision to recover or reject;
- Document the compliance of the material;
- Maintain inspection equipment, instruments and templates in good condition;
- Act as an ambassador for workplace safety by respecting the measures in force in the factories;
- During the training period (approximately 12 months), you will work on the day shift.

Our client offers you:
- Hourly rate: $33.50/hour starting and $34.92/hour after the probationary period (720 hours);
- Evening premium $1.00/hour (when on this shift);
- Competitive employment conditions, governed by the collective agreement in place;

If the following describes you:
- College diploma (DEC) in metallurgical engineering technology or vocational diploma (DEP) in a technical discipline in metallurgical manufacturing, mechanics or any other appropriate field;
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge and skill in using measuring equipment;
- Writing skills to produce quality inspection reports;
- Ability to read, understand and interpret drawings, instructions, specifications and quality assurance (QA) procedures in French and English.
- Candidates will be required to meet the requirements of an annual eye exam.
