Reporting to the General Manager and managing your branch, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure monitoring and strategy for business development for rigid inclusions and geopier.
• Responsible for business development for this branch of activity and better alignment for soil improvement projects.
• Increase the success rate of projects submitted VS won and offer an outstanding service and support the client from start to finish.
• Accompany, supervise and support the project manager and superintendents throughout the projects.
• Know how to discuss with the team the schedules, working methods, budgets, equipment and tools.
• Be the reference for the files of Submissions, management and execution of the project.
• Be present in the event of a problem/dispute and find solutions.
• Ensure a good relationship between the client and our stakeholders, and take action when this is not the case:
  • Negotiate amendments;
  • Follow up with stakeholders, approve invoices, statements and cost breakdowns;
  • Write letters, memos and notices;
  • Review the majority of contracts, proposals and important correspondence for the project;
  • Closely monitor and control project schedules;
  • Conduct the profitability study;
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines for profitability studies, sending of invoices and others.

Required Skills and Qualities:

• BAC in Civil Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of deep foundations, rigid inclusions, geopier asset.
• Be part of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Employee management and mobilization skills.
• Have team spirit, excellent communication and actively participate, through your attitude and behavior, in developing and maintaining a respectful, harmonious and stimulating work atmosphere for all.
• Travel to construction sites required.
• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
